Resumen: Se analizan las posibilidades que tiene el Curriculum Vitae de investigadores y profesores universitarios, como fuente de información precisa y confiable, en la obtención de indicadores científicos, a partir del cual se proponen y estructuran distintos tipos de indicadores orientados a conocer las regularidades presentes en la información contenida en cada una de las secciones que conforman este tipo de documento. El análisis realizado en este sentido sirvió de base para la propuesta, diseño e implementación del Sistema Humanindex: Sistema para la gestión de un Curriculum Vitae Único que alberga además un Índice de Citas con la producción científica contenida en este tipo de fuente, se describen las características esenciales y servicios que ofrece este sistema.
 
 The authors analyze the possibility of using the curricula vitae of researchers and professors in order to acquire accurate and reliable information that may be regarded as scientific indicators. To this end, diverse indicator types are proposed and structured for understanding the regularities present in each section that make up these documents. The analysis carried out in this way provides the basis for a proposal and subsequent design and implementation of the Sistema Humanindex (Humanindex System), whose aim is to constitute a Standardized Curriculum Vitae that includes a Citation Index showing the researchers’ scientific publications provided in these documents. The paper describes the essential traits and services that the system offers.

Resumen: Los productos periodísticos y los servicios comunicativos que elaboran y proveen los nuevos medios en el ciberespacio son una prueba de la capacidad de adaptación e innovación ante los continuos cambios y exigencias que plantea el actual escenario mediático. En este sentido, con el presente estudio pretendemos identificar la gama de servicios de e-Comunicación y productos ciberperiodísticos que proporcionó una muestra selecta de cibermedios mexicanos. La finalidad de esta investigación es mostrar cómo la prensa online mexicana, particularmente periódicos digitales y portales periodísticos, está aprovechando los recursos tecnológicos y las características del entorno digital para satisfacer las necesidades informativas y comunicativas de sus usuarios.
 
 The periodistic products and communication services that provide new media that emerge in virtual space are a proof of the adaptation and innovation capacity throughout continuous changes and exigence presented by the actual media scenario. In the present study we will try to identify the different gamut of e- Communication services and cyber periodistic products that were taken out of the selected sample of Mexican cybermedia. The aim of this study is to evaluate how the online Mexican press, particularly digital newspapers and news portals, have used the technological means and characteristics of the digital environment to satisfy the informative and communicative needs of its users.

Las bibliotecas en el cine. Aportes para el análisis de la representación de las bibliotecas en el cine - Libraries in films. A contribution to the analysis of the representation of libraries in films

Resumen: La primera parte del trabajo está destinado a un análisis teórico de aspectos como la representación y la narratividad en el cine que ayudan a conformar la biblioteca representada en el cine. Este espacio constituye un basamento teórico que metodológicamente responde a un trabajo de lectura y análisis y a una selección de autores que abarcan distintas miradas sobre el tema. La segunda parte está destinada al análisis de las imágenes referidas a bibliotecas en distintas películas. Los films fueron seleccionados a partir de su visualización y de la aplicación de un criterio narrativo argumental orientado hacia el rol de la biblioteca dentro de cada película. El análisis considera cada film a partir de la presencia de una biblioteca en él y se detiene en el tratamiento que el director hace de ese espacio y, en muchos casos, a los diálogos que se desarrollan en las distintas escenas. La búsqueda de conclusiones se conforma a partir de recurrencias y distinciones en las distintas representaciones.
 
 The first part of this work is a theoretical analysis of aspects of films –such as representation or narrative– that contribute to the make up of the library as it is represented in films. This space becomes a theoretical basis that responds methodologically to work on reading and analysis and to a selection of authors that cover different views of the topic. The second part analyses images of libraries in different films. The films were selected from viewing them and applying a narrative criterion oriented towards the role of the library within each film. The analysis considers each film from the presence of a library in it and focuses on the treatment of this space that the director makes and, in many cases, on the dialogues that occur in different scenes. The search for conclusions is done from recurrences and distinctions in the different representations.

Resumen: El objetivo de este trabajo es estudiar y difundir de forma global el fondo antiguo de la Biblioteca de la Real Sociedad Económica Extremeña de Amigos del País (R.S.E.E.A.P.). Para ello se lleva a cabo, en esta segunda fase del trabajo, la recopilación de los datos bibliográficos del fondo correspondiente al siglo XIX. Se analizan e interpretan los resultados con objeto de reflejar y hacer destacar el papel de las Sociedades Económicas del País. La colección estudiada la forman 5512 libros del siglo XIX. Analizamos la evolución cronológica del número de libros, la productividad de los autores, los lugares de edición, la distribución de libros por materias y por editores-impresores.
 
 The aim of this paper is to study and to report globally on the stock of antiquarian books at the Library of the “Real Sociedad Económica Extremeña de Amigos del País” (Royal Extremaduran Economic Society of Friends of the Country). A recopilation of bibliographic data on this stock corresponding to the 19th centuries has been made. The results are analysed and interpreted to reflect and highlight the role played by Economic Societies of the Country. The stock studied is 5512 books from the 19th century. The evolution of the number of books is analysed, together with the productivity of the authors, place of edition, distribution of books by printer, and distribution by subject.

Resumen: La gestión de la información en la empresa no ha tenido apenas cabida en los planes de estudio de Documentación en España, apenas significa algo en la investigación que se realiza dentro del área de Documentación y tampoco existe una conciencia generalizada de las posibilidades laborales que representa. Sin embargo, la asunción de la información como un recurso de primer orden en el mundo económico y empresarial, ha dado lugar a la aparición de una disciplina como la Inteligencia Competitiva dispuesta a solventar los problemas informativos y a reducir la incertidumbre que muchas veces rodea a la empresa. Este trabajo, después de describir brevemente el sistema español de Ciencia, Tecnología y Sociedad, la estructura empresarial valenciana y su cultura empresarial, se adentra en dos de los ejes del sistema soporte a la I+D+i de la Comunidad valenciana a través de sus sistemas de información para la empresa: el IMPIVA, como agencia regional de fomento de la innovación, y la red de centros tecnológicos de dicha región. Entendemos que estas estructuras sirven de soporte al proceso de toma de decisiones en cuestiones que afectan a muy diversos departamentos de las empresas.
 
 Not only has the field of corporate information management been almost entirely neglected in Spain's LIS curricula and had hardly any echo in its LIS research, but there is widespread unawareness of the job opportunities that it represents. Nonetheless, the acceptance by the business and economics world of information as a resource of prime importance has led to the emergence of the discipline of Competitive Intelligence aimed at resolving the problems of information, and reducing the uncertainty that companies often find themselves surrounded by. After a brief description of the Spanish system of Science, Technology and Society, and of the corporate structure and enterprise culture of Valencia, the work focuses on two of the axes of the R & D & I support system of the Valencia Autonomous Community through its information systems for companies: the Regional agency for the promotion of innovation, Impiva, and the Region's network of technology centres. These structures are seen to provide support for the decision-making process on issues that affect many different corporate departments.

Resumen: Este trabajo presenta los principales resultados de un estudio orientado a conocer el tipo de centros donde realizan las prácticas los alumnos de la asignatura denominada Practicum que se imparte en las Diplomaturas de Biblioteconomía y Documentación en España. Los autores han trabajado con los listados de la oferta de prácticas, no con los centros que son adjudicados a cada alumno. Del estudio se concluye que son mayoritarias las instituciones en las que se realizan las tareas clásicas y tradicionales en nuestra profesión: bibliotecas y archivos. Y que apenas tienen incidencia en los listados los centros y tareas surgidas de las nuevas profesiones, como por ejemplo el gestor de contenidos web, y el trabajo en empresas.
 
 This article presents the main results of a study aimed at knowing the type of centres where the students of Practicum in the Librarianship and Information Science studies in Spain do their work experiences. The authors have worked with the list of work experiences on offer not with the centres that are assigned to each student. We can conclude that the centres in which the habitual and traditional tasks in our profession carried out are libraries and archives. Moreover the centres and tasks arising of the new professions, for example the web content and the work in enterprises heardly appear.

Resumen: El artículo apunta todos los cambios, que la legislación vigente y las directivas europeas, están ocasionando a las administraciones y por consiguiente a los documentos que producen. Se plantea la necesidad de que la profesión de archivero cambie y se adapte a los documentos en los nuevos soportes.
 
 This article sets the changes in the administration, thus the documents it produces due to the actual legislation and the E.U. directives. It is necessary a change in the archivist job to get used to the new documents and the new ways of recording them.

Resumen: Análisis de los resultados de una encuesta enviada a los profesores e investigadores de Humanidades y Ciencias Sociales de las universidades españolas y del Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas que tuvo 2398 respuestas. Se estudian los criterios de selección de artículos para su lectura, los puntos de vista sobre la forma de seleccionar los artículos para su publicación por las revistas y las opiniones sobre la evaluación de la calidad de artículos y de revistas.
 
 Analysis of results of a survey sent to teachers and researchers of Humanities and Social Sciences of universities and Council for Scientific Research in Spain. There were 2398 answers. We study criteria for selecting articles for reading, their viewpoints on how to select articles for publication in journals and their views about the quality assessment of articles and journals.

Resumen: La accesibilidad electrónica es uno de los aspectos relacionados con la discapacidad que mayor relevancia está adquiriendo actualmente, en consonancia con la repercusión que el desarrollo y la implantación de las TIC y la Sociedad de la Información están experimentando a nivel mundial en todos los ámbitos de la vida. En este artículo se recogen los dispositivos de ayuda utilizados en función del tipo de discapacidad presentada y datos estadísticos referidos a usuarios de Internet y a la población con discapacidad en España.
 
 The electronic accessibility is one of the aspects related with the disability that it’s acquiring a strong relevancy lately, in consonance with the repercussion of the development and implantation of the TIC and the Information Society are experimenting worldwide in all the aspects of life. In this article we can find the gadgets designed to help that are used based on the type of disability ad statistical data referred to Internet users and the population of Spain that have disability.

La cooperación de la biblioteca escolar y la pública: alfabetización en información, “biblioteca integrada” y el mundo virtual - The school and public library cooperation: information literacy, “joint-use” and virtual world

Resumen: Se analizan los estímulos de convergencia educativa entre las bibliotecas escolares y públicas, en el marco de los nuevos entornos y modelos educativos que está procurando la Sociedad de la información, unos estímulos tendentes a un modelo de cooperación más eficaz que el hasta ahora existente. Se estudia, entonces, el proceso educativo convergente, basado en las competencias informativas sobre el discurso electrónico, para mayor eficacia del aprendizaje permanente y colaborativo en Educación Formal y no Formal propio del e-learning, para llegar a un modelo educativo convergente, cuyo motor es la alfabetización en información, fenómeno que transforma la función educativa de las bibliotecas, particularmente las escolares y públicas, que hallan nuevos modos de cooperación, como se acredita en diferentes acciones. Se analizan, finalmente, dos escenarios de cooperación de bibliotecas escolares y públicas: el modelo jointuse, que se define, se describe su tipología y se apuntan sus posibilidades; el mundo virtual, Second Life y los MMORPGs, que se describen, se apuntan sus aplicaciones formativas y su incorporación a bibliotecas.
 
 The stimuli of educative convergence between the school and public libraries are examined, within the framework of the new environments and educational models that the Society of the information is trying, a few stimuli tending to a model of cooperation more effective than till now existing. There is studied, then, the educational convergent process, based on the informative competitions on the electronic discourse, for major efficiency of the collaborative and lifelong learning in formal and non-formal education, in order to reach a convergent educative model, whose engine is the information literacy, phenomenon that transforms the educational role of the libraries, particularly the school and public, who find new ways of cooperation, as he is credited in different actions. Authors analyse, finally, two scenes of this partnership working between school and public libraries: the model joint-use, that is defined, describes its typology and their possibilities in future; the virtual world, Second Life and the MMORPGs, that are described, score their formative applications and their incorporation at libraries.

Resumen: El artículo analiza en primer lugar cuales son los fundamentos constitucionales de la reutilización de la información pública, vinculándolo principalmente al fomento de la economía de mercado y en menor medida a la transparencia administrativa. En segundo lugar, analiza la protección de datos personales como límite a la reutilización de la información pública, estableciendo que ésta no puede suponer una cesión de datos personales sin consentimiento –ya que no existe una habilitación legal-, siendo la única vía posible en la actualidad la disociación de la información o la utilización de las fuentes accesibles al público.
 
 The article analyzes the constitutional basis of the reuse of the public information connecting it mainly to the boost of the market economy and to a lesser extent to the openness. Secondly it analyzes the personal data protection as a limit to the reuse of the public information, establishing that this cannot imply a cession of the personal data without consent –since there is no legal authorization- and nowadays the only possible way is to dissociate the information or to use of the accessible sources to the public.

Resumen: En este artículo se trata el problema de las “dataciones alternativas” en Europa en la primera mitad del siglo XX, en especial en el llamado período de entreguerras, donde los regímenes autoritarios o totalitarios buscaron individualizarse a través de una datación específica. Así veremos las nuevas dataciones surgidas de revoluciones políticas, como la soviética en Rusia y la fascista en Italia, para luego centrarnos en la doble datación de la documentación oficial del “bando nacional” durante la Guerra Civil (Año Triunfal) y tras su finalización (Año de la Victoria), a través de la normativa aprobada en el BOE y su plasmación en la documentación oficial, como pudo ser el caso de la moneda metálica y de papel.
 
 This article deals with the problem of “alternative datings” in Europe in the first half of the 20th century, particularly in the period between wars, where totalitarian or authoritarian regimes tried to distinguish themselves through an specific dating. So we’ll see the new datings arised from politic revolutions as the soviet in Russia and the fascist in Italy and later we’ll focus in the double dating of the official documents of the “bando nacional” (national camp) during the Civil War (Año Triunfal) and after its ending (Año de la Victoria) throughout the regulations approved in the BOE and its expression in the official documentation, as could have happened with the currency, coins and notes.

Resumen: Estudio de un corpus documental sobre la actividad profesional del escritor, periodista y editor Gregorio Martínez Sierra en relación con el teatro y sus colaboraciones en los periódicos de Iberoamérica, especialmente en los mexicanos El Universal y el Diario de Yucatán. Se exponen las tareas de recuperación, valoración y el tratamiento de los documentos. Se presentan el inventario detallado y el índice alfabético de los contenidos para la recuperación de la información.
 
 Study of a documentary corpus on the professional activity of the writer, journalist and publisher Gregorio Martínez Sierra in relation with the theatre and his collaborations in the Latin American press, particularly in the Mexican newspapers El Universal and Diario de Yucatán. All the work involved in the recovery, evaluation and processing of the documents is covered. A detailed inventory and an alphabetical index for the recovery of the information are the end results.

Resumen: Desde su fundación la Real Academia de la Historia ha ido formando una colección monetaria como fuente primaria con la que elaborar una historia de España. Dicha colección se fue conformando a través de compras y donaciones, a la vez se fue creando un archivo documental, el archivo del Gabinete Numario, que contiene todos estos procesos así como de otras noticias numismáticas. Gracias al estudio, organización y publicación de este archivo así como de las colecciones numismáticas, se puede reconstruir el proceso de creación de dicho monetario o alguna de sus series. Y ese es el propósito de este trabajo, analizar la documentación del Archivo del Gabinete Numario relativa a moneda indiana buscando el origen y desarrollo de esta sección de la colección teniendo presente la colección actual y localizando en ella las piezas documentadas.
 
 Since its foundation, the Royal Academy of History has formed a monetary collection as a primary source which helps to elaborate a history of Spain. The collection was formed through purchases and donations; at the same time, the Numismatic Archive was created, where all these facts and other numismatic news are hold. Thanks to the study, organization and publication of the Archive, as well as the coin collections, it is possible to recreate its process of construction. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the documentation related to Spanish colonial coins, focusing on the origin and development of this section of the collection and locating documentated items.

Resumen: Este trabajo presenta un estudio de fuentes relativas al Real Colegio de Nuestra Señora de Loreto del siglo XVII. Se aporta un estudio descriptivo de la documentación del Archivo de Palacio Real, inédita hasta el momento. Se analiza el contenido de las fuentes primarias conservadas en el Archivo del Palacio Real y en el Archivo de Villa de Madrid, y de las fuentes secundarias conservadas en la Biblioteca Nacional de España y en la Biblioteca Francisco de Zabálburu. Además, por su importancia, se estudian las fuentes del Archivo de Palacio, desde diversos puntos de vista: tipología documental, originalidad, estado de conservación y encuadernación.
 
 This paper presents a study of sources on the Royal School of Our Lady of Loreto during the 17th Century. Not only has a descriptive study about papers kept in the Archive of the Royal Palace been done, but also the contents of some other primary and secondary sources in the National Library of Spain, the Municipal Archive of Madrid Townhall, and the Francisco de Zabálburu Library has been analysed. In addition the Royal Palace Archive´s sources have been studied by different points of view.

Resumen: Presentación de las conferencias de las XVIII Jornadas de la Facultad de Ciencias de la Documentación, dedicadas a los aspectos informativos y documentales de la Fotografía y la Publicidad. Los contenidos se estructuraron en cuatro sesiones: experiencias profesionales, agencias y fototecas, gestión y difusión de la fotografía, y aplicaciones.
 
 Presentation of the conferences and lectures of the 18th Seminar of the Research and Documentation Faculty, dedicated to diverse informative and documentary aspects of Photography and Advertising. The contents were structured around four sessions: professional experiences, agencies and photo libraries, management and diffusion of photographs and their applications.
