Efectos del juego en la creatividad infantil: Impacto de un programa de juego cooperativo-creativo para niños de 10 a 12 años - Results of the play in the children’s creativity: Impact of a cooperative and creative play program for children from 10 to 12 years .

Resumen: Este trabajo presenta los resultados de la evaluación de un programa de juego diseñado para estimular la creatividad infantil. Se utilizó un diseño cuasiexperimental pretest -intervención-postest con grupo de control. La muestra utilizada fue de 86 participantes de 10 a 11 años, 54 experimentales y 32 de control, distribuidos en 4 grupos. Antes y después del programa se aplicaron cuatro instrumentos de evaluación: 7 ¡ tareas verbales y figurativas del TPCT de Torrance, el juicio directo de jueces expertos que evaluaron un producto creativo, una escala de evaluación de la personalidad creadora y un cuestionario sociométrico. El programa consistió en una sesión de intervención semanal de dos horas de duración durante un curso escolar. Las actividades del programa estimulan la creatividad verbal, gráfico-figurativa, constructiva y dramática. Los resultados de los análisis de varianza sugieren un positivo efecto de la intervención ya que los sujetos experimentales incrementaron significativamente: 1) la creatividad verbal (originalidad); 2) la creatividad gráfico-figurativa (abreacción, originalidad, elaboración, rendimiento creativo); 3) conductas y rasgos de personalidad creadora; y 4) el número de compañeros del grupo considerados como personas creativas.
This work presents the assessment results of a play program designed for stimulating creativity in children. The design used was quasi-experimental pretest-interventionpost-test with control group. The sample used included 86 children aged 10 and 11 years, 54 experimental and 32 control, distributed in four groups. Before and after the program, four assessment instruments were administered: 7 verbal and figural tasks from Torrance's, the direct judgement by experts who assessed a creative product, a creative personality scale, and a sociometric questionnaire. The program consisted of a weekly two-hour intervention session throughout the school year. The program's activities were intended to stimulate verbal, graphic-figural, constructive and dramatic creativity. Results of the analyses of variance suggest a positive effect of the intervention, as the experimental subjects significantly increased their: 1) verbal creativity (originality); 2) graphic-figural creativity (resistance to premature closure, originality, elaboration, creative performance); 3) various behaviours and traits of creative personality, and 4) a rise in the number of classmates considered as creative.

Resumen: Con esta experiencia didáctica nos hemos propuesto una aproximación de los alumnos a un medio de expresión, el cómic, en el que se integran imágenes fijas con un texto lingüístico, creando un tipo de lenguaje en el que el espectador es el verdadero nexo de unión entre los dibujos y la historia escrita en ellos, de manera que podemos tomar el cómic como puente de conexión entre el lenguaje visual del cine, el dibujo, y la palabra escrita, utilizando los elementos que le son comunes para crear un lenguaje nuevo que es profundamente creativo.
With this didactic experience we try to do an aproximation to the comic as an expresive way of expression, where we can find permanent images and written words, making a kind of language where the spectator is the link between draws an story. We can consider the comic as a connection between the visual language of cinema, draws and words, using similar elements to create a new creative language.

Resumen: El objetivo de este artículo es analizar y valorar el proyecto "Art and the Built Environment" (ABE), ("Arte y entorno construido"), experiencia pionera en el enfoque ambiental de la educación artística centrada en el medio ambiente urbano. Para ello se describe su desarrollo y se contextualiza históricamente en el marco socieducativo de Gran Bretaña en los setenta. Se definen sus objetivos, contenidos y métodos y se analiza su influencia en la educación artística mundial. Como conclusión se revisan y actualizan sus propuestas desde una perspectiva contemporánea, tras los cambios sufridos por la educación artística y por las ciudades en las últimas décadas.
The aim of this article is to analyse and evaluate the "Art and the Built Environment" (ABE) project, which constitutes the very first experience of its kind in the environmental approach of the artistic education focused on the city. The context of the project is based on the socio-educative framework of Great Britain in the seventies. The main objectives, contents and methodology of the project are defined and the results assessed. Finally, after the changes experienced by the art education and the cities in the last decades, the influences of this project are presented in the framework of the global art education as well as the validity of the proposals from a contemporary point of view.

The article travels through the history of the cinema looking for the movies that have supposed outstanding contributions from the aesthetic and cultural point of view and it proposes a repertoire of movies of exceptional interest from the educational aspect.

Resumen: El presente artículo pretende mostrar cómo la psiquiatría, a lo largo de la historia, ha mantenido una relación falaz con el mundo del arte. Los autores se sirven de la colección de arte realizado por enfermos mentales que estudió el doctor Hans Prinzhorn a principios del siglo XX. La tradición histórica interesada en la relación entre la creatividad, el arte y la locura se remonta a la antigüedad llegando hasta la aparición de la psicología y la psiquiatría como ciencias autónomas. Destacados autores ahondaron en el campo de la psicología del arte e influyeron al doctor Prinzhorn quien, a su vez, se convertiría años después en un referente para los artistas de vanguardia. La principal dificultad que surge en su estudio radica en la imposibilidad de enmarcar la psicología y el arte dentro de una misma metodología científica. Diversas variables –creencias individuales, corrientes de pensamiento, movimientos sociopolíticos y artísticos...- condicionaron gran parte de las conclusiones científicas de Prinzhorn. Finalmente, se analiza la influencia del estudio de Prinzhorn en el arte del siglo XX y cómo ha ido variando en el tiempo la concepción del arte del enfermo mental hasta entenderse como una herramienta de expresión y comunicación.
This article intends to show how psychiatry, along its history, has kept a fallacious relationship with art. The authors use, from the early twenties, the study about the art of the insane by doctor Hans Prinzhorn. The tradition interested in the relationship between creativity, art and insane goes back to antiquity, and arrives until the appearance of psychology and psychiatry. Distinguished authors studied the psychology of art in depth and influenced Prinzhorn and, similarly, he influenced on 20th century vanguards artists. The main difficult on his study is the impossibility of art and psychology to belong to the same scientific methodology. Different variables individual believes; currents of thought; social, political and artistic movements…- conditioned the most part of the Prinzhorn's scientific conclusions. Finally, the Prinzhorn's study influence on 20th century art is analysed, and also it is how has changed the conception about the art of the mentally ill until being understood as a tool for communication and expression.

Resumen: Este trabajo busca dar cuenta de la propuesta estética de Francis Bacon. Para ello centra su análisis en el problema de la representación obsesiva del cuerpo humano con sus implicancias estéticas, biográficas e identitarias. Para Bacon, como se mostrará, el cuerpo se presenta como un objeto mutilado que regresa a la animalidad. En su pintura el hombre padece el desgarro de la carne, que es interpretado como el fin del cuerpo y los simbolismos de la "carne" como último reducto del yo. Con la deriva iconográfica del retrato y su búsqueda del reconocimiento existencial se difuminan los rostros, se escinde el yo y se desmiembran los cuerpos, en esa lucha por la fijeza, por la estabilidad jamás conseguida que encontramos en la obras de Francis Bacon. Una visión desesperada que nos adentra en el territorio de la decadencia y la alienación: el éxtasis, el deseo de la carne, los fluidos, el detritus, la mutilación y la muerte que invaden sus telas.
This work looks for to give account of the aesthetic proposal of Francis Bacon. For it it centers his analysis in the problem of the obsessive representation of the human body with his aesthetic, biographicals and identitaryes implications. For Bacon, as it is, the body appears like a mutilated object that returns to the animality. In his painting the man suffers the tear apart flesh of the meat, that is interpreted like the end of the body and the symbolisms of the "flesh" like last place of I. With the iconographyc drift of the picture and its search of the existential recognition the faces are dissapeaned, separte the I and the bodies are disintegrate, in that fight by the fixedness, the stability never obtained that we found in works of Francis Bacon. Adesperate vision that enters in the territory of the decay and the alienation to us: the extasys, the desire of the flesh, the fluids, the detritus, the mutilation and the death that invade their fabrics.

Resumen: En el presente artículo queremos dar a conocer los planteamientos fundamentales, procesos, objetivos, metodología, evaluación e investigación del programa de educación para la integración social y cultural a través de las artes: el programa MUS-E de la Fundación Yehudi Menuhin (FYME) Mostramos algunas experiencias en las cuales el arte contemporáneo, la educación para la paz, el respeto al medio ambiente y la integración socio-cultural, son algunos de los temas que se transmiten a través de las sesiones que desarrollamos con los niños.
In the present article we want to let know the basic focus, process, objectives, methodology, evaluation and research about the education program for social and cultural integration through the arts: the MUS-E program from the Yehudi Menuhin Foundation (FYME). We show some experiences where the contemporary art, the education for peace, the environment's respect and the socio cultural integration, are some of the items that we transmit through the sessions that we develop with the children.

Resumen: Este artículo propone recorrer un museo de arte contemporáneo, el Dia:Beacon de Nueva York, como si se tratara de una catedral medieval. Se señalan las similitudes y diferencias entre diversas propuestas estéticas norteamericanas de los años sesenta y setenta asociadas a las tendencias minimalistas, post-minimalistas -así cómo del Land Art y el Pop Art- y los elementos arquitectónicos catedralicios. De este modo se intenta explicar la transición del rito religioso tradicional a la fenomenología del arte moderno. Este pasaje del culto religioso al objeto de reproducción técnica era el fundamento de la modernidad estética según Walter Benjamin, así como el primer presupuesto de los comportamientos artísticos de posguerra. Sólo reconstruyendo la función simbólica de cada uno de éstos objetos de culto de las iglesias, desde el simbolismo de la planta hasta la función del sacerdote, pasando por las vidrieras o el altar, estaremos en el camino de comprender el museo moderno como una suerte de catedral sin órganos.
This article tries to go round a contemporary art museum: Dia:Beacon of New York, as if it were a medieval cathedral. Its shows the ressemblances and differences between several aesthetics proposals of the 60’s and 70’s associates to the minimalism, post minimalism, as Land Art, Pop Art, to the arquitectonic elements of a cathedral. We try to explain the transition from the traditional religious rite tothe phenomenon of modern art. This passage was the ground of the modern aesthetics for Walter Benjamin, as the first assumption of the artistics behaviours after war. If we make a reconstruction of the simbolic function of the objects found in a church we will be in the way of undestand the modern museum as a cathedral without organs.

Resumen: Este texto constituye una reflexión sobre la situación de la educación artística en los museos españoles. Concretamente se centra en el análisis del método educativo conocido como "Estrategias de Pensamiento Visual" que, tras haber sido implementado y evaluado en diferentes lugares, está siendo adoptado en numerosos centros de arte de nuestro país. Este artículo recorre la historia de este método educativo –surgido en Estados Unidos hace más de veinte años- y explora desde una mirada crítica sus ventajas y limitaciones. Asimismo, problematiza su actual puesta en práctica en España y analiza sus raíces teóricas, con el objetivo de invitar a los lectores a reflexionar sobre esta metodología educativa.
This paper presents a reflection on the current situation of Art Education within Spanish museums. Particularly, it focuses on the analysis of the educational method known as "Visual Thinking Strategies" which, after being implemented and evaluated in different environments around the world it is being adopted by many art institutions in Spain. The article goes over the history of this educational method -developed in the United Stated more than twenty years ago- and explores from a critical point of view its advantages and limitations. Furthermore, it critically questions its current implementation in our country and analyzes its theorethical roots, in order to invite the readers to reflect on this educational methodology.
