LA GESTIÓN DEL CONOCIMIENTO COMO ESTRATEGIA PARA INNOVAR EN LAS COMUNIDADES EDUCATIVAS PRESENCIALES Y VIRTUALES

RESUMEN: El presente trabajo plantea una reflexión sistemática sobre los procesos de creación y gestión de conocimiento profesional y curricular en comunidades educativas presenciales y virtuales. Tales procesos pueden favorecer la innovación curricular merced a la compartición de conocimiento tácito con otros profesionales, que convenientemente sistematizado, se convierte en conocimiento explícito que al fluir no envejece, evitándose que se transforme en obsoleto e inútil. Subraya la importancia de la gestión del ciclo activo del conocimiento curricular y profesional que emerge de las redes de comunidades de prácticas, mediante acciones tales como articular y organizar el conocimiento existente, renovar y ampliar el conocimiento de los integrantes de las redes, transformar el conocimiento en capital activo de la red y sincronizar y alinear las estrategias de la red con las capacidades y competencias de sus miembros y las características de los contextos culturales en los que interactúan.

THE NEGOTIATION OF KNOWLEDGE AS A STRATEGY TO INNOVATE IN DIRECT AND VIRTUAL EDUCATIONAL COMMUNITIES
ABSTRACT: The present work outlines a systematic reflection on the processes of creation and negotiation of professional and curricular knowledge in direct and virtual educational communities. Such processes can favor the curricular innovation grace to the sharing of tacit knowledge with other professionals that well systematized, it becomes into explicit knowledge that when flowing does not grow old, in such a way, it is avoided to transforms into obsolete and useless. It highlights the importance of negotiating active cycle of the curricular and professional knowledge that emerges from the nets of practical communities, by means of actions such as to articulate and to organize the existent knowledge, to renovate and to enlarge the knowledge of the members of the nets, to transform knowledge into active capital of the net and to synchronize and to align the strategies of the net with the capacities and competitions of its members and the characteristics of the cultural contexts in which they interact.

ESTÁNDARES TIC PARA LA FORMACIÓN INICIAL DOCENTE EN EL CONTEXTO CHILENO: ESTRATEGIAS PARA SU DIFUSIÓN Y ADOPCIÓN

RESUMEN: Uno de los principales desafíos para la incorporación pedagógica de las TIC en el contexto escolar se relaciona con la manera en que es abordada dentro de la Formación Inicial de Docentes (FID). Este aspecto es bastante deficitario al menos en Chile, por esta razón el Centro de Educación y Tecnología ENLACES del ministerio de educación desarrolla desde el 2005 una política para insertar las TIC en la FID. Este artículo presenta el trabajo realizado en la definición de estándares TIC para la FID y las acciones seguidas para acompañar su difusión y adopción por parte de las universidades responsable de la formación de los futuros docentes.

STANDARDS TIC FOR THE INITIAL FORMATION OF TEACHERS IN CHILEAN CONTEXT: STRATEGIES FOR ITS DIFFUSION AND ADOPTION
ABSTRACT: One of the main challenges for the pedagogic incorporation of the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in school context is related to the way in which it is approached inside the Initial Formation of Teachers (IFT). This aspect is quite deficit at least in Chile, for this reason the Center of Education and Technology “ENLACES” of the ministry of education develops from the 2005 a policy to insert the ICT in the IFT. This article presents the work carried out in the definition of standard ICT for the IFT and the followed actions to accompany its diffusion and adoption on the part of the universities responsible for the formation of the teachers to be.

GUÍA DIDÁCTICA PARA PROPICIAR LA AUTONOMÍA INVESTIGATIVA EN LA DISCIPLINA PATRIMONIO CULTURAL Y TURÍSTICO

RESUMEN: Dada las situaciones en el aprendizaje que se presentan en las diferentes asignaturas en el contexto de la semipresencialidad desde el proceso de universalización y por la importancia que reviste esta disciplina en la formación del profesional de la carrera de Estudios Socioculturales ya que los prepara como gestores y difusores de nuestra cultura así como en actores sociales de la investigación, se propone una guía didáctica que propicia una autonomía más coherente, motivadora y que integra el contenido desde diferentes aristas curriculares, además logra integrar y promover estrategias interdisciplinarias y se proponen ejercicios que generan la reflexión y el tránsito por los diferentes niveles de desempeño cognitivos en la disciplina patrimonio cultural y turístico desde una visión investigativa. En el proceso de desarrollo del trabajo se emplearon métodos tanto del nivel teórico como empíricos para la confección de la propuesta. Los principales resultados están orientados a dar sugerencias didácticas de como orientar a los estudiantes en la investigación y profesionalización docente ya que los mismos serán difusores de cultura en comunidades y en espacios de promoción turística cultural, en tal sentido se puede concluir que con la implementación de la propuesta se logra crecer en cultura y permite a los estudiantes obtener un grupo de conocimientos para lograr mantener nuestra identidad nacional.

DIDACTIC GUIDELINES TO PROPITIATE THE INVESTIGATIVE AUTONOMY IN THE DISCIPLINE CULTURAL AND TOURIST PATRIMONY
ABSTRACT: Due to the learning situations present in the different subjects in the context of in service course from the universalization process and due to the importance that accounts this discipline in the formation of professional of the measurement of Sociocultural Studies. Hence, it prepares them as agents and out-speakers of our culture as well as in social actors of the investigation. Therefore, a didactic guide-line is proposed which propitiates a more coherent, motivating and it integrates the content from different curricular edges. Besides, it integrates and promotes interdisciplinary strategies. It offers exercises that generate reflection and the passing for higher cognitive levels in the discipline cultural and tourist patrimony from an investigative vision. In the process of the development of this work, methods from the theoretical as well empiric level were used. The main results are intended to provide didactic suggestions to guide the students, so that they will be culture out-speakers in communities and in spaces of cultural tourist promotion, in such a sense we can conclude that with the implementation of this proposal it is possible to grow-up in culture and it allows the students to obtain a group of knowledge to be able to maintain our national identity.

LA EDUCACIÓN, LA CIENCIA Y LA CULTURA DESDE, DURANTE Y PARA LA VIDA: PERSPECTIVA MARTIANA

RESUMEN: El artículo contiene argumentos martianos que fundamentan, en su relación con las ciencias filosóficas, sociológicas, psicológicas y didácticas, los pilares que sustentan una educación desde, durante y para la vida, como principios para una formación integral conforme al proyecto social cubano. La segunda parte refiere valoraciones realizadas por Martí relacionadas con los valores de la humildad, laboriosidad, gratitud, honestidad, búsqueda de la verdad y dignidad que deben poseer los profesores y maestros en armonía con la integridad y la cultura del ethos científico. La contextualización de las ideas a las particularidades de cada subsistema de educación revela su holismo y las posibilidades de su aplicación y generalización.

EDUCATION, SCIENCE AND CULTURE FROM, DURING AND FOR LIFE: MARTÍ’S PERSPECTIVE
ABSTRACT: The article contains Martí’s arguments that supports, in its relationship with the philosophical, sociological, psychological and didactic sciences, the pillars that stands an education from, during and for life, as principles for an integral formation according to the Cuban social project. The second part refers valuations carried out by Martí related to the values of the humility, industrious, gratitude, honesty, search for truth and dignity that e professors and teachers should possess in harmony with the integrity and culture of the scientific ethos. The contextualization of the ideas to the particularities of each subsystem of education reveals its holism and the possibilities of its application and generalization.

LA CULTURA DE LA INVESTIGACIÓN

RESUMEN: La cultura de la investigación es una propuesta innovativa que pretende integrar los diversos ambientes de aprendizaje que cursa el estudiante de Licenciatura en matemáticas y física de la Universidad de los Llanos, en un proyecto de investigación producto de un ejercicio holístico, fundamentado en el desarrollo de habilidades, haciendo del futuro profesional docente un sujeto competitivo, que asuma el reto de educar apoyado en la investigación como eje articulador que viabiliza los procesos de construcción de conocimiento.

THE RESEARCHING CULTURE
ABSTRACT: The researching culture is an innovative proposal that seeks for integrating the diverse learning atmospheres that the student of Bachelor in Education in mathematics and physics of the University “de Los Llanos”, is a project of investigation caused by a holistic exercise, based on the development of abilities, making the educational professional to be a competitive fellow, that assumes the challenge to educate supported by the investigation as an articulator axis that eases the processes of construction of knowledge.

IMPACTO DE LA COOPERACIÓN INTERNACIONAL EN EL DESARROLLO DE LA INVESTIGACIÓN EDUCATIVA EN LA REPUBLICA DE COLOMBIA. EXPERIENCIA CONVENIO UNIVERSIDAD TERRITORIAL DE LAS TUNAS–UNIVERSIDAD LIBRE

RESUMEN: El trabajo muestra como a través del desarrollo de convenios de cooperación internacional se da respuesta a las necesidades de la realidad educativa colombiana en diferentes niveles y componentes de los PEI, Proyectos Educativos Institucionales, analizando diferentes contextos, identificando la problemática existente y proponiendo alternativas de solución, soluciones que llegan a nuestras escuelas situadas en todo el territorio nacional y modernizando los procesos de acuerdo con los requerimientos de la educación para el Siglo XXI. La Universidad Libre de la República de Colombia en convenio con la Universidad Territorial de las Tunas de la República de Cuba, viene desarrollando el Programa de Maestría en Educación desde el año 2007, poniendo en práctica las políticas educativas orientadas a promover la investigación como factor de desarrollo del país y especialmente para contribuir en el mejoramiento de la calidad de la educación a través de la intervención de los docentes colombianos en la solución de los problemas propios de la escuela.

IMPACTS OF THE INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE EDUCATIONAL INVESTIGATION IN THE REPUBLIC OF COLOMBIA. EXPERIENCE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TERRITORIAL UNIVERSITY OF LAS TUNAS - FREE UNIVERSITY
ABSTRACT: This work shows how through the development of international agreements of cooperation provides solutions to the necessities of the Colombian educational reality in different levels and components of the teaching learning process, Institutional Educative Projects, analyzing different contexts, identifying the existent problem and proposing alternatives for solution. It reaches our schools located in the whole national territory and modernizing the agreement processes, with the requirements of the education for the XXI Century.

LA INVESTIGACIÓN: SU ROL EN EL DESARROLLO PROFESIONAL Y LA PROFESIONALIZACIÓN DEL PROFESORADO UNIVERSITARIO

RESUMEN: El desarrollo de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación que facilitan la existencia de las condiciones actuales del mundo globalizado, reconocida más que sociedad de la información del conocimiento, imponen la necesidad de una nueva universidad con la misión de formar un hombre integral, capaz de adelantarse a su tiempo o al menos estar preparado para enfrentar de manera flexible y pertinente a los rápidos cambios que se suceden en todos los órdenes, para no solo comprenderla y adaptarse, sino transformarla a favor de la humanidad. Luego la labor del profesorado universitario se complejiza, lo que demanda de estos un desarrollo profesional superior y más acelerado. Si bien la investigación desempañó, a este nivel, una importante labor en la construcción de la nueva cultura, pero solo desarrollada por una élite, las tendencias de hoy expresan que esta es la vía expedita del profesorado, de cualquier nivel educativo, para lograr su adecuada profesionalización y consecuentemente poder ofrecer un desempeño profesional con la calidad que el momento exige. En el trabajo se realiza una valoración del rol de la investigación en este proceso, que permite adquirir conciencia a través de la reflexión de la certeza de esta afirmación.

THE INVESTIGATION: ITS ROLE IN THE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND IN THE PROFESIONALIZATION OF THE UNIVERSITY PROFS
ABSTRACT: The development of information and communication technologies eases the existence of the current conditions of the globalized world. It is more recognized than the society of information of knowledge is. It imposes the necessity of a new university with the mission of forming an integral man, able to be ahead in time or at least to be prepared for facing in a flexible and pertinent way the quick changes that happens in all ways of life, not only to understand it and to adapt it, but also to transforming it in favor of humanity. Then, the work of the university Profs get complex, this demands them a superior and quicker professional development. Although, the investigation reflected, at this level, an important work in the construction of the new culture, but only developed by an elite, present day tendencies express that this is the Profs' expedite way, of any educational level, to achieve their appropriate professionalization and consequently to be able to offer a professional acting with the quality that the moment demands for. In this work it is carried out a valuation of the role of the investigation in this process that allows acquiring consciousness through the reflection of the certainty of this statement

MODELO PARA LA GESTIÓN DEL PROCESO DE INVESTIGACIÓN CIENTÍFICA EN FACULTADES DE CULTURA FÍSICA

RESUMEN: La investigación parte de las insuficiencias en el proceso de investigación científica que limitan la obtención de impactos de la ciencia y la técnica en la Facultad de Cultura Física de Las Tunas. Como objetivo se trazó la elaboración de un modelo para la gestión del proceso de investigación científica para esta facultad sustentado en la adecuación del modelo de gestión de los procesos de pertinencia e impacto en Facultades Universitarias. El aporte fundamental está dado en la aplicación del Modelo de Gestión de los Procesos de Pertinencia e Impacto en Facultades Universitarias a una Facultad de Cultura Física, una nueva regularidad para el proceso de investigación científica y su gestión y sobre la base de ello sustentar una estrategia para la gestión en facultades de Cultura Física.

A MODEL FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF THE PROCESS OF SCIENTIFIC INVESTIGATION IN THE FACULTIES OF PHYSICAL CULTURE
ABSTRACT: This investigation takes as point of departures the insufficiencies of the process of scientific investigation that limit the obtaining of impacts of science and technology in the Faculty of Physical Culture in “Las Tunas”. It was planned as objective: the elaboration of a model for the management of scientific investigation process for this faculty supported by the adaptation pattern for the negotiation of relevant processes and impacts in University Faculties. The fundamental contribution is the application of Model for the management of Relevant and Impact Processes in University Faculties to a Faculty of Physical Culture, a new regularity for the process of scientific investigation and its administration and on the base of it, to sustain a strategy for the management in faculties of Physical Culture.
