La creación como proceso de transformación

Resumen: Se elabora una distinción entre lo que no es arteterapia y una definición de ésta como proceso de acompañamiento de personas en difi cultad a través de sus producciones artísticas. Este proceso pretende permitir al sujeto re-crearse a sí mismo en un recorrido simbólico: un proceso de simbolización acompañada. Se describe el proceso terapéutico como el paso de un discurso centrado en el yo /aquí/ ahora, a un discurso centrado en /él/, que provoca la transformación del sujeto creador. Se distingue, asimismo, entre lo que el arteterapeuta debe aprender para acompañar en este proceso y lo que a veces se cree, erróneamente, que forma parte también de su formación. 
 
The paper makes a distinction between what it is not art therapy and a definition of this one as a process of accompaniment of persons in difficulty across the artistic productions. This process tries to allow to the subject to re-create himself in a symbolic tour: a process of accompanied symbolization. The therapeutic process is described as the step of a narrative centred on I/here/now, to a narrative centred in /he/it/, which provokes the transformation of the creative subject. There is distinguished, likewise, between what the art therapist must learn to accompany in this process and what sometimes it is believed, erroneously, that it forms a part also of his formation.

El arteterapia, un acompañamiento en la creación y la transformación - Art therapy, an accompaniment in creation and transformation.

Resumen: Se aporta una defi nición de arteterapia, una descripción de su origen y evolución, de la variada procedencia y formación de sus profesionales. Se describe brevemente el tipo de trabajo en arteterapia en relación con las diferentes artes y con su interconexión. Por último, se describen las características de la intervención del arteterapeuta a partir de una serie de claves fundamentales. 
 
A definition is contributed of art therapy, a description of its origin and evolution, of the varied origin and formation of its professionals. The work in art therapy is described in relation with the different arts and with its interconnection. Finally, there are described the characteristics of the intervention of the art therapist from a series of fundamental keys.

Resumen: Se afirma que el arte no cura pero puede ser terapéutico, y el sufrimiento puede ser una oportunidad de crear en vez de un obstáculo a la creación. Frente a una concepción del arteterapia en el contexto hospitalario como taller de ocio o espacio de distracción y alejamiento de uno mismo, se presenta una visión del arteterapia como aprendizaje del yo, como contacto con lo inaceptable, asocial y oscuro de la propia singularidad. Se entiende el taller de arteterapia como un lugar de encuentro y enfrentamiento con el yo aprovechando el contexto sin riesgo que aporta la actividad artística, a diferencia de otros espacios socializados de la vida cotidiana. 
 
The paper affirms that art does not recover but can be therapeutic, and suffering can be an opportunity to create instead of an obstacle to the creation. Opposite to a conception of art therapy in hospitable context as workshop of leisure or space of distraction and withdrawal of oneself, a vision of art therapy appears as learning of self, as contact with the unacceptable, asocial and darkly of the own singularity. The art therapy workshop is a place of meeting and clash with self, taking advantage of a context without risk that contributes the artistic activity, unlike other spaces socialized of the daily life.

Un viaje por arte terapia - A trip across art therapy.

Resumen: Se describe el proceso en arteterapia como un viaje desde territorios propios conocidos a otros nuevos. Es un viaje de creación en un contexto de seguridad y un espacio de intimidad compartida con el arteterapeuta, donde se va hacia lo desconocido de uno mismo, uniendo razón, emoción e intimidad. 
 
The process in art therapy is described as a trip from own known territories to new others. It is a trip of creation in a safety context and a space of intimacy shared with the art therapist, where the participant goes away towards unknowed of himself, joining reason, emotion and intimacy.

Resumen: Dentro del Master en Arteterapia de la UCM hemos dado gran importancia a las investigaciones que se están haciendo desde los tres ámbitos en que trabajamos: el educativo, el social y el clínico, donde se están logrando unos óptimos resultados. En este artículo voy a referirme exclusivamente a dos investigaciones financiadas. 
 
Within the Art Therapy Master of University Complutense of Madrid we have given stress on research at three main levels: educational, clinical setting and social setting, where we have reached important results. In this article I will focused just on two financed researchs.
